Summary: It’s a brand new hotel with a great location - the beach entrance is just across the street. The hotel has beach service providing umbrellas, chairs and towels. We stayed in a room at the first floor. The room was nicely decorated and shiny clean. However the room had no place to sit or relax other than the bed. Also it would be nice to have a small fridge to keep drinks cold and may be for a some basic breakfast. It felt pretty nice to experience a brand new hotel in Montauk, which is a rare experience here.
