Summary: My husband and I had a super week- the house was spotless and had all we needed for a week exploring the area. The train station is two minutes walk away for the train along the coast to Marseilles- a lovely ride and not worth the stress of taking the car! Beaches you can walk to nearby, bakery/patisserie round the corner snd all your shopping needs close by- and a wee market twice a week. The nearby town of Martigues is very pretty and we’d highly recommend a trip to Vieux Miramas. All in all, great house in good position- could possibly manage without expense of car hire with trains and buses. Francoise is a delightful host- thank you!
