Positive: Clean room everyday, host was very friendly, they are like a tourist information centre, able to provide all the information about the local matters. It is very near to the night market but away from it at the same time because It is just behind the market, hence won't get any smell nor noise. The rooms are well insulated, even during typhoons, one would. feel safe inside.

Negative: Missing elevator, not direct access to the beach for swimming. Need to walk a distance.
