Summary: Room seemed to have been a remodel but there were so many problems: no jacuzzi tub as promised: not enough bed blankets (never have had this problem). A/c is old and came on every 15 minutes. Only 1 towel. Went to call housekeeping and the phone didnt work. Found a housekeeper and was told it would be 5 minutes. Towels never arrived. No coffee in room. Nothing on the walls. TV was blurry - on all channels. And the housekeeping came to clean room next door at 8:45 and were very loud - woke us up. The whole experience was extremely odd. I wanted to live it but regret choosing it.
