Summary: The check in girl was surly and I’m not surprised as every guest trying to enter had problems. I did not receive entry instructions. It was stressful. On a lesser note. Toilet roll ran out every night . There was constantly urine on and around toilet. The kitchen, which was good , had someone surly ironing in there all day. Not very relaxing
