The colorful and chic living room greets you with comfortable seating gathered around a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney +, ESPN, etc. capable - subscriptions not included). Summary: Outside needs major work and cleaning Deck falling down above where the assigned parking is. See picsThere is only one assigned parking spot for unit C which is far too small for a vehicle bigger than a small compact car, the trash room opens into that singular parking spot. Spiders and spider webs everywhere, I’ve attached pics of what must be walked through just to get to the unit. Trash can area horrible, not kept up. Inside is decent, the freshly painted living area still has blue painters tape on the windows, the bedroom carpets need updated. Overall pretty clean and nicely updated, just needs a few more basic touches. We had a great time exploring Nashville but felt like just a few little things could have made the accommodations a bit better.
