Enjoy walking distance to shops, restaurants and great views of Shelter Cove Marina. 3 minutes bike ride to Kroger and Shelter Cove Park. It offers Palmetto Dunes beach and Disney beach access. Villa is located on the second floor accessible by stairs or elevator. This villa is handicap accessible.
The living room and dining areas has brand new 85” SMART TV, wood floors throughout with the living room providing a slider to the private balcony with lovely view of King Neptune statue and Shelter Cove Marina.
The master suite consists of a new king bed, 75” SMART TV and private balcony. The spacious master bathroom has a double vanity.
