Reservation Policies
Door Codes: Codes are released at 4:00 PM. Check-in is allowed between 4:00 PM and 11:00 AM. Arrivals outside this window are not permitted.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out / Bag Drop: Subject to availability.
Deposit and Registration: Access codes will not be shared until both the $300 incidental deposit and guest registration are completed.
Deposit Release: The deposit is refunded within 3–7 days after checkout.
Complaints: Must be reported within 30 minutes of check-in.
Early Departures: Notify us immediately and submit an alteration request. This ensures your unused nights are refunded and our calendar is updated.
Reservation Changes: Must be submitted before 10:00 AM daily. No changes are possible after this time.
Refunds: No courtesy refunds are provided. Full refund requests require immediate checkout and an alteration request for early departure. Only unused nights may be refunded.
Amenities and Special Requests: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance (between 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
Extra Cleanings: Must be arranged 24 hours in advance, before 10:00 AM.
Deposit and Registration Policies
Incidentals Deposit: A $400 hold is required after booking. If damages exceed this amount, additional charges will be handled via the Airbnb Resolution Center or AirCover. Details: Airbnb Policy
Mandatory Registration: All guests must provide valid ID and complete registration, including a credit card scan. Failure to complete this step will result in cancellation without refund.
City and Property Rules
City Penalties: Guests are responsible for any city-imposed fines related to their stay, plus 20% of the fine as host compensation.
Garbage Disposal: Trash must be taken out on Mondays and Wednesdays at night (before collection day). Bins must be placed back behind the fence. Failure to comply may result in a $200 city fine, charged to the guest.

Noise and Disturbances: A $250 penalty applies if excessive noise, parties, or inappropriate behavior lead to a police visit. Guests will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Trash Disposal: A $100 penalty applies if trash is left outside the property. Once bins are full, please use the large community bins at the building entrance.
Plumbing Use: Please do not dispose of trash, paper towels, or sanitary products in the toilets. Use the provided bins to avoid clogs.
Damages: Any damage to the interior or shared spaces will be charged proportionally and deducted from your booking account.
