Positive: Located on hilltop overlooking rolling Tuscan countryside, the views are beautiful and the atmosphere tranquil. Hotel is exceptionally clean. Honor bar for estate-bottled wines was pleasant. Breakfast was delicious -- particularly the house omelette and Tuscan (boar) sausage. The location is a convenient hop to village of Certaldo and nearby wineries. Rooms are clean and beds /pillows quite comfortable. Excellent value.

Negative: An evening Happy Hour with appetizers would be a welcome addition. We noticed many olive trees on the premises and nearby -- why not showcase these delicious locally grown items for the enjoyment (and possible purchase) by guests?

Summary: Wonderful, peaceful place to unwind and decompress from the hustle-bustle of the city.
