The apartment consists of 2 rooms with 2 beds of 90cm each and fitted wardrobes. There are 2 full bathrooms, one of them en suite. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob, microwave, washing machine, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc ... as well as all the necessary utensils. The living room has two environments, one with a dining table for 6 people, and another with a living area with 2 very comfortable and large sofas and two individual armchairs. In addition there is flat TV and a magnificent piano. The Garden, which measures more than 100 square meters, is covered with a perfect lawn accompanied by numerous plants creating a perfect environment for rest, relaxation and enjoyment.
The building is located just 500 meters from the beach. In the surroundings you can find a dog park, a gym, restaurants, cafes, Asian bazaars, butcher shop, fish market, etc. The nearest supermarket is less than 5 minutes away by car. It has easy access to the highway.

CHECKING - CHECKOUT
The keys are delivered directly to the house. A person will receive you to show you the house, give you the key and give you some interesting information about the area.

- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house is not ready because guests could leave that day.
