Positive: If you're heading to Arugam Bay, definitely check out Queens Luma Villa. It’s actually the owner’s old home converted for rentals, so it feels super spacious and homey instead of like a cramped hotel room. You get a whole bedroom, living room, full kitchen, and a sweet little patio with a garden to chill out on. Honestly, Nawaz (the owner) makes the whole trip. The guy is an absolute legend—super helpful and basically available 24/7. He grabbed groceries for us, hooked us up with a scooter rental, booked our safari, and pointed out cool local spots like Elephant Rock. There’s even daily housekeeping! It’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the place comes packed with new stuff like AC, a fridge, toaster, and juicer. For what you pay, it’s an absolute steal. 100% staying here again next time!
Negative: There are few things to improve such as wall paint, adding a smart tv, gardening and Nawaz is actually working on it. I think once done it will become the best villa in arugam bay to stay.
