From the entrance, the light, the stone and wrought iron staircase and the travertine on the floor set the tone of this opulent house of "art nouveau" architecture which has been completely renovated to facilitate the holiday life of demanding families, accustomed to an irreproachable comfort of reception.
On the ground floor, fully open, a spacious living room of 67m2 with a stone fireplace and wood stove, faces large sofas. The living room itself opens onto the dining room, with table and chairs for 12 people, up to the kitchen. Modern, ultra-equipped, with an XL fridge and high-tech appliances, the kitchen also offers direct access to the rear terrace of the swimming pool (10m x 5m x depth 0.9m to 1.6m) with a shaded outdoor dining area , 2 Weber BBQ, deck chairs, mattresses, and a delicious view of the countryside!
