Positive: The property was very luxurious and clean The owner is respectful and welcoming despite the language barrier he tries his best. Giuseppe -the owner- is very friendly and respectful and he will wait for you punctually to show you around and tell you where to park for free -exactly next to the apartment building- You have almost all essentials and you can contact Guiseppe in case you need anything the beach in the neighbourhood is also very fine and clean City tax is included in the price so you will save so much headache -in hotels they charge it double via booking and on site again due to misunderstanding-, but here everything goes smoothly Just as a note: the place is all yours in meaning you don’t share it with others but you get open rooms depending on the paid fees and the number of people so in other words you get your privacy but can use only as much rooms as you pay (in our case we only needed place for 2 so the bedroom, 2 balconies, kitchen, bathroom were all ours, the other unused rooms stayed locked which is absolutely fine and I am very happy with the place and how good it is, just wanted to explain it to avoid confusion of what is written on booking.com
Negative: The neighbors upstairs were very noisy all the time moving chairs even at night not sure why 🤣 but other than that very good place to have peace in mind
