Summary: The room was fine with the exception of the refrigerator not working. The freezer seemed to have a build up of ice in it, so I thought it was ok. I put an ice cream sandwich in there and when I went to eat it, it was completely melted. My big complaint was checking in. I set up my hotel.com account over 20 years ago with the name I go by. (The shortened version of my legal name.) I have never had a problem with it. This place could not seem to understand that concept and made remarks of fraud and scams. I spent about 45 minutes trying to check in and had to call hotel.com and have them fix it. I was tired after driving all day and just wanted to relax. All they did was get me irritated and the smell of spices in the office was nauseating!
