It has been renovated and features beautifully upgraded interior rooms and multiple outdoor living spaces to enjoy. With its wonderful proximity to the beach, you can hear the ocean from the fully screened front porch while enjoying your coffee in the morning or from the back porch in the evening while dining al fresco.
Take the covered stairs up to the main floor and you are greeted with an open-plan living, dining, and updated kitchen area. Alongside this open space, you'll find three charming bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a separate office/laundry room. The home also boasts 2 screened porches, one on the front and another on the back, offering additional living spaces and places to unwind. The back screened porch comes complete with an additional table for outdoor dining and a sundeck overlooking the nicely landscaped and fenced-in backyard.
The kitchen showcases modern appliances including a smooth top range and beautiful quartz countertops. A central island provides additional countertop space to prep your culinary creations for family and friends.
The master bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with an oversized tiled shower with a glass enclosure. The two guest rooms on the main floor share a common bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
