Summary: The location is very close to food and a short walk to the water. The limited street parking, which is noted in the listing is less than ideal as you can’t really get close to the front door with the homeowner of another property and the other what I assume rental property next door. Linens, dishes and counters were clean upon arrival. There were leftover bagels in the oven when we arrived( assuming the previous stay toasted and forgot, but was not cleaned out prior to our arrival). Using the washer yielded in water overflow in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Getting ahold of the property was a little difficult but when we did they were able to schedule someone to come out the next day. The WiFi went out shortly into the stay and no rebooting was able to fix that issue which made booking reservations and using maps to plan the trip within the home less than ideal. Overall the property is a very lovely colonial home but I just felt the property was not thoroughly maintained/cleaned after the previous stay before we arrived.
