The Space:
Situated just a short stroll from the beach, ShellEs Paradise offers dramatic views of the Gulf of Mexico from much of the home. The front porch is positioned to capture the cooling Gulf breezes or relax in the sun on a winter morning. Dramatic beach views are everywhere!
Inside the newly renovated home you will find a sparkling new kitchen, new furnishings, updated bathroom and much more, offering a luxurious and welcoming vacation retreat.
Two spacious bedrooms offer comfortable space for up to 6 people. One bedroom offers a king bed. The second bedroom has two bunk beds and a queen bed.
Downstairs, a spacious party/game room offers a pool table, foosball, darts, board games, a bar, beverage refrigerator, cornhole, grilling station, outdoor shower, volleyball court and kayaks. Best of all, the beautiful private beach of Little Gasparilla is just outside your door….with access to spectacular sunsets, shells galore, shorebirds, manatees and dolphins.
