Pretty furnished apartment on the ground floor, surrounded by 1500 square meters of garden, quiet, facing south. The apartment is located 4 minutes from downtown Dax between city and countryside. You can park your vehicle on the property with peace of mind and take the shuttle bus which stops right outside the gate. It has a BALNEO walk-in shower, a laundry room, an American kitchen (oven / dishwasher / washing machine / 4-burner hob / fridge-freezer), as well as a cookware set for lovers of good food. The apartment is very bright with a bay window of 3 m, a French window and a window It is also equipped with two double beds (new bedding), 2 flat screens and a garden furniture with a beautiful pergola and two sun loungers. You will also have a large terrace facing south, overlooking the garden. The breakfasts will be very pleasant !!! Possibility to accommodate 4 people. We also offer WiFi. Your pets are welcome, free of charge (dog of 15 kg max) and can enjoy our pretty garden.

Summary: We were put in an inferior property backing on to this one without a door or window. We were assured that the garden and pool was private for us (maybe the owners would use the pool) but that was a lie, there were up to 10 other people on the site with includes a B&B/Guest House. The internet does not work in the inferior property either. Tried to delay our check in to enable another party to be housed in the listed property. Awaiting Vrbo's response to the issues.
