Summary: I appreciated the elevator and pully for my bags, but the ice machine was broken, and I had to hop a few floors for ice. The pool had some wrappers and dead foliage in it, the pool area itself looked very run down and had a bit of trash around. The room I had was very dingy. The floor and other fabrics around the room had large stains and the room felt very muggy. The ironing board and mirror were broken as well. But the bed was comfortable and the staff seemed upbeat and helpful.
