Summary: Front desk was very nice and efficient. My room didn’t have a security latch fully intact, room was clean but lacked maintenance, and only two large towels, no hand towels nor washcloths. At 7am housekeeping was knocking at the door to service our room. When we let housekeeping know we hadn’t checked out yet but would be soon, she rolled her eyes and gave this stare of death. Which was pretty hilarious. Not the best experience. There are many hotels within a few miles, I’d recommend to stay elsewhere if available.
