Complex has pools, 2 spa/jacuzzi, 4 tennis courts, ping pong and pool table. The complex has a fully stocked kitchen with washer and dryer. Dining table seats 12 people. Unit also provides 4 boogie boards, 8 beach towels, 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrella, and many other beach stuff. There is two assigned parking space in the secured garage parking. Cedro district, Del Mar Race Track, Fletcher Cove and Dog Beach are all walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurant around the area that are all walking distance

Summary: This condo has the perfect location for accessibility to the beach, restaurants within walking distance, and access to a pool that is clean, uncrowded, and very pleasant. Our grandchildren, son and his wife, and my wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable week. Check-in and check-out was very streamlined, with keyless entry, and Mimi responded instantly to questions. Beds are comfortable, condo is in a quiet location. It is well-stocked with beach toys and wagon, lifejackets for the kids, games, etc. Kids loved the foosball table! Thank you, Mimi, for providing us with priceless memories of our stay near San Diego.
