Summary: Everything was perfect from check in until check out. We had a great experience in our room. We thank specially the guy in reception who has beard but no hair( sorry i dont know his name). But other receptionists are so rude. Specially on our check out time. 200 Laris for deposit means “i dont trust you” to your customers. We didnt like it but ok. Then we checked out, they said we will check minibar btw. It takes time. Then i wrote that “whats about my deposit” to hotel. They didnt answer me whole day! If you checked out, you are nothing for Stamba! It was so rude! Next time we will find another hotel!
