Positive: As for the room itself, I can't say anything bad. It was cute, comfortable, cosy and clean. The location is perfect, you can go sightseeing three times a day and return home, because everything is so close (including the metro station Cipro). There are a lot of cafes, markets nearby.
Negative: My first impression about my holiday was totally ruined from the very first day. 1. Before arriving, I messaged asking for an iron—but there wasn't one. Okay, that’s not the main issue. 2. There was no shampoo or hair conditioner in the shower; these are such basic items that hosts and hotels buy in bulk—they cost almost nothing, but show care for your quests 3. The shower system is very strange: there are four valves, and I turned each of them repeatedly, yet no water came out. I finally managed to shower at 5 PM when the assistant arrived. The assistant herself didn't seem to fully understand how to operate it either, but we turned the valves together—so thanks to her for that, she's nice and responsive. She also brought me shampoo. She showed more enthusiasm than the receptionist who I connected with via WhatsApp. 4. The receptionist replies whenever she feels like it: sometimes immediately, sometimes two hours later, or sometimes she ignores the message entirely. 5. I had been mentioning the empty water cooler for two days before writing to the customer support. I messaged her again asking for a response—but there was silence. The receptionist replied in 8 hours saying that she'd got into hospital. If so, I am very sorry, but you should've appointed someone else on that day, and you should be ready for such situations. I didn't have the assistant's number, which I told her about. There is a coffee machine with coffee capsules, a toaster, and a microwave in the kitchen, but a guest can't use any of them because there isn't a single knife or plate—nothing at all, just glasses and cups (after several messages the assistant finally brought me some, thank her, but the receptionist said that it's against the rules). I was told to handle all issues through the receptionist, but I felt completely abandoned with my problems at some points. I am dissatisfied with the service.
