Positive: Very well located near the middle of town and near an outside gym. Birds whistling in the morning and owls in the evening. Absolutely stunning environment and great walks on St. Antony’s head with a great view on the ocean. Ferries from the pier to Falmouth, Place and Flushing on the river Fal.

Negative: Property is great and extremely tidy
