Located on quiet acreage on the 'cusp of the country', the studio is walking distance to three wineries (Cathedral Ridge Marchesi and Hood River Wineries) as well as hiking and mountain biking trails in the world famous Post Canyon. It is also a 6 minute trip to the Columbia River Gorge and downtown Hood River.
The studio itself is three rooms (great room, bedroom and bathroom) totaling 880 square feet of open floor plan with large sliding glass doors opening on a 20 by 20 concrete patio with pastured views looking out on Mt. Adams and the cliffs of Underwood, Washington. The kitchen is an open floorplan with living area and loads of counters as well as a sit up island for entertaining. Hardwood floors, carpet and tile, dress the inside with vaulted ceilings to 13 feet high for a real feeling of spaciousness.
