The heart of Dolores: half a block from the river and river trails and about a block to the brewpub, bakery, and Co-op style grocer. Original hardwood floors, beautiful blue pine trim, and a new full bath, updated existing plumbing and electrical, and two mini-split heat and ac units. Two small bedrooms, one full sized bathtub and one standing shower. The length of the home faces south and picks up beautiful morning light. The kitchen is spacious with quaint original windows that deliver a lovely sunny space to make a French press coffee or cook a meal and runs parallel to the equally bright living room space.
