Summary: Room was clean but HOT. The air was turned off. We had to sit outside for 30 minutes while it cooled off. Booked the room through Hotels.com and paid thru them. The hotel charged me again. So I was charged twice for one night. We asked for the bottom floor and were told there was not any available. There were 3 cars on the parking lot. All but two rooms on the bottom had the curtains wide open showing nobody in the rooms. Not the most customer friendly.
