Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Shared bath was very accessible and convenient. Location was near public transportation. The "manager" was friendly and did his best to address issues. I think the room would be OK for a young person needing a short-term inexpensive room in an otherwise expensive city.
Negative: Only one cheap folding chair to sit on. One flimsy folding tray for a "table", a micro "fridge" only big enough for one can of soda, one thin towel, and 4 different keys to access the room in the rear of a large building, making access cumbersome. TV was small and on top of the armoire, thus necessitating watching in bed. Only lighting was a ceiling light.
