Positive: The surrounding area was nice.

Negative: The cleanliness and overall condition of the property was very poor. Worst I’ve stayed in for a long time. When paying £350 a night I would expect the property, rooms and garden to be of a high standard. The worse part had to be the black mould!! 2 of the bed rooms had horrific black mould around the windows. I have taken a picture and you would believe how bad this is. There was no way I would let my 3 year old stay in there. Black mould is poisonous to the lungs. How this is allowed in a guest house is be on me. I’ve also taken pictures of other areas of the house. One window sill had around 30 dead flies on it. And then just general grime and broken things around the house. Holes in walls, games machine kind of broken. Very poor Then the outside space was quite poor. Bins hadn’t been emptied, grass was really long so difficult to play outdoor games with kids. Flimsy table and bench. Just not a high standard when paying £350 a night
