Positive: Great location for us, everything in Trearrdur Bay was an easy walk and there is plenty of parking so it was lovely to leave the car for a few days. The rooms are all spacious and there are 3 separate indoor areas to relax either to chat, watch TV or play games plus the balcony which is a lovely, sheltered sun trap. We had a great weekend socialising with family and made use of the games room etc. The kitchen was well equipped with lovely big dining tables but we only really cooked breakfast there. Lots of flexibility with bedroom configuration so very easy for couples, families or groups of friends. The en suite for the downstairs bedroom was wet room style so great for someone with mobility issues as no step into the shower. After booking we didn't deal with Sykes Cottages just straight with the owner who is very responsive and helpful.
Negative: Some areas and some furniture is starting to look a little dated but it is totally cosmetic and personal taste, everything is very functional and practical.
Summary: Deceptively large property with lots of fabulous social space.
