The newly built fully air-conditioned 1st floor apartment F3 is artfully designed, offering a subdued luxury and restful experience. It consists of three bedrooms, one having ensuite shower facilities. Along with a main bathroom and shower, which connects to a combined and fully equipped kitchen/dining/living room having the added luxury of two good sized balconies.

Included in price, guests can also enjoy the use of the communal pool and sunbeds, the pool area is 1 floor up from the ground and only accessible by stairs.

Free secure underground parking is also available with direct internal access by passenger lifts and stairwells.
