Positive: I liked how close it was to the pool and liked the tram service to the beach. The team was pretty timely
Negative: The property was not clean. There was dust cvv bc everywhere under credenzas and the floor was just visibly dirty. Also there are 3 floors. There are no bedrooms on the first floor. All on the 2nd and 3rd which can make it difficult because of aging parents as we were with family.. Lastly. The air does not cool in the king bedroom (not the owner suite but the smaller one) on the 2nd floor. It was hot nonstop even with the curtains closed. We had the fan on overhead and the floor fan on. It was the only room in the home that did not cool.
Summary: Pros and cons but i likely would not stay at this home again
