Positive: We had an unforgettable stay at The Oberoi Mauritius. What truly makes this resort exceptional is not only its beautiful tropical setting and peaceful atmosphere, but above all its outstanding people. Every single member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to: * Aditya – Always professional, attentive and elegant in his service. Dining was always a pleasure thanks to him. * Our Stargazing Professor – One of the absolute highlights of our stay. It was much more than an activity; it felt like a fascinating astronomy lesson. Observing the stars and clusters of the Southern Hemisphere was an incredible and unforgettable experience. * Nehtu (Housekeeping Supervisor) – Always smiling and warm. The thoughtful cap gifts were such a kind and personal gesture that we truly appreciated. * Savio – Probably one of the kindest and most gracious employees we have ever met. He explained a technical issue with our villa in such a polite and caring way that what could have been an inconvenience became an amazing surprise. We were upgraded from our Garden View Villa to a Pool Villa, turning the situation into a wonderful memory. * Rabin – Such a cheerful and funny person. His positive energy made every meal even more enjoyable. * Anousha – The princess of the restaurant. Always elegant, welcoming and incredibly kind. * Rakkesh – Thank you for taking us to fantastic snorkeling spots. We created unforgettable memories underwater, and his friendliness and pleasant conversations made the experience even more special. The resort itself is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery, and is the perfect place to relax and disconnect. The staff’s hospitality is truly on another level and is undoubtedly the greatest strength of The Oberoi. The food was delicious throughout our stay. The only point worth mentioning is that the restaurant prices are noticeably higher compared to restaurants outside the resort.
