Positive: Nice apartment, parking, very warm , excellent kitchen facilities. Sky TV Homely feel Nicely decorated
Negative: Poor communication. Difficult to ask questions . Messages unanswered or acknowledged . The use of sykes holidays was confusing . Directed to a portal which I could not access . Took 30 mins on second attempt to get to speak to someone at Sykes . No interaction with host . Asked questions about locality , not answered . Noise from upper floors . At times we thought we could hear scratching in the ceiling . Our dog was constantly on edge looking for the source of the noises. The garden description was more of a path around the house . Definately not suitable to allow dog into .
Summary: Beautiful holiday let in a fabulous location .
