Positive: This is an amazing property, perfect for a getaway from Abu Dhabi. 8 of us stayed overnight for a birthday party and it was really wonderful. The house is spacious, pool and outdoor space fab (though the water was freezing!), and kitchen really nice for cooking. The property also has a little playground, and is on a farm. We enjoyed walking around and seeing the animals. It's a really great place, good value for your money.
Negative: The communication was a bit difficult, and when we arrived, it would have been helpful to be shown around or have a welcome sheet with information about the place. There weren't any towels in the bathrooms or anywhere. We asked and then the maintenance guy came and brought us 3 bath towels (still no hand towels). The pool water was really cold, and I wish we'd known if there was any way to adjust the temperature or to turn on/off the fountain that goes into the pool. It would just turn on every so often for a while. When you search for Palme Resort on Google, it shows up as a different location than the pin for this actual property (about 15 min away). When we booked, we checked Talabat to see that food delivered to the location (and according to the Google location, it did). However, when we arrived, we realized nothing delivers to the house. Not a dealbreaker, just would be helpful to know in advance. In the room with one double bed, the bed is quite small, not great for 2 people. Also wish we'd have known in advance to bring firewood for the firepit.
Summary: Beautiful property, amazing for a staycation! Just needs a bit more informartion for guests.
