Summary: The house and grounds were perfect for us. Had a fire 3 of the 4 nights. It is very close to river which we loved but if you had smaller kids it may not be a plus. Found firewood at Mendoza Tree Expert. 828 200 9217. I was able to select the pieces so got a good mix of sizes. We will stay again
