Positive: The hosts were very kind but it was a completely chaotic experience. Firstly, the room pictured and described (and that we'd paid for) was not available. In fact, no rooms were available but they promised to get one ready if we returned in 2-3 hrs, which we did. Room was brand new, being painted, and completely unfinished, in fact items of furniture and supplies were carried in while we got ready for bed. Hilarious!! Room was 25% the size of the advertised room, didn't have a pool, in fact had no facilities at all!, It was so basic that it was obviously a 500- 600THB room at the very most. We'd paid 2200THB via booking.com but there was no suggestion that we deserved a refund, and when we tried to point out the overcharging, the only person who spoke any English agreed but apologised that the room listed on booking.com wasn't available. It turned into one of this ridiculous travel stories that you'll laugh about for years but we definitely were completely ripped off. Just haven't got the energy to take it up with booking.com

Negative: Room advertised wasn't available,we were put in an unfinished, barely equipped room no bigger than 3m x 3m, but no price reduction.
