Positive: We booked the hotel for one night only and we were searching for something where to sleep and eat breakfast only. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and upgraded our room for family room which we actually did not need but it was a nice gesture from the hotel. The rooms were clean and for one night only and for the value it was great. The staff at reception was honestly the best in the hotel, they also kept our bags in reception after check out before leaving Hurghada.
Negative: The towels in the room were poor quality and old, the windows were on the Main Street and it was little bit loud. We dis not plan to use the Swimmingpool since we stayed one night only, I don’t know if there was any maintenance but there was no water inside. The breakfast we could choose from 3 different types, we have chosen the Egyptian one and to be honest we did not enjoy the breakfast much, we only liked the Egyptian ,,Ful’’, eggs were without any touch of salt and the falafel was not special.
