Summary: The rooms are basic but were clean (other than some cobwebs on the light fittings). The rooms could do with a lick of paint and new carpets perhaps. But the bathrooms were well appointed and clean. Bed comfortable. Tea making facilities. The rooms could do with bedside lamps for convenience. Free easy parking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food served in the pub below was fantastic. Beware of the latest check in being 11pm and no access to the outside world after this and until 7.30am other than via the fire escapes. Overall I would stay again as it was very convenient and nice enough.
