Positive: The location for a start was out of this world. Right by the Spanish Steps and a stones throw away from amazing shops, restaurants and other tourist attractions. We loved the decor inside the room and the comfortable bed - we slept so well and were surprised at how quiet the room was despite being in such a busy area of Rome. The old fashioned lift had so much character and the property being above the Gucci flagship store added a whole other level of class. The staff were extremely helpful - especially Joshua who went above and beyond for us! We would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back.
Negative: We had no issues at all, would recommend the property to anyone and will be back.
