Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The apartment was clean and close to the Town of Vail bus stop. The hot tub was easy to use. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. It offered good value for a location in Vail.

Negative: The door lock did not accept the TEN digit code the owner gave. We called the owner who provided a four digit code which did not work. Finally we were given the code to the key box holding the key used by the cleaners. When we got in the house was cold and it was not until the next day that it warmed. There were no glasses provided in the kitchen but lots of coffee cups.
