Summary: Note: There will be a language barrier with staff unless you speak Spanish. There is no drop box and they do not answer the door. We stayed around 2 hours longer than planned to try to give them back the key (yes, it is a real old school key.) But they were still unreachable. So we had to lock the key in the room. It would have been nice if they had told us to do that. But again…there is a language barrier. Stay only if you have no other options.
