Positive: A cozy and beautifully decorated duplex, swift checking-in process - met onsite host who gave me the keys, quiet road and walking distance to supermarket, cafes and metro station, good stable wi-fi, location felt safe. I made an error with my booking and accidentally booked an extra night. The service was accommodating and the issue was resolved quickly without any hassle. Thank you Super Mario and Katy!
Negative: The water pressure could be improved, the upstairs bedroom felt a lot warmer than the downstairs, which the host is aware of and actively resolving the issue.
Summary: Cute duplex with great service!
