220 meters above the Adriatic Sea overlooking the islands of Krk and Cres lies the beautiful Croatian village of Donji Zagon with just 150 residents (and a few tourists). At the end of the village there is Villa Theresa in a garden of 1000 square meters. Nevertheless, everything you want for a wonderful vacation is close by. A large heated pool of 42sqm and a whirlpool can be found in the garden. A sauna is at your disposal. A barbecue with a dining area is at your disposal. It's just 5 minutes to the sea (by car, bike or scooter). Many supermarkets and perfect infrastructure can be found at the same distance in the historic town of Novi Vinodolski. The house has three separate residential units with 4 balconies and a terrace for a total of 10 people (can also be expanded with sofa beds)
