You will have access to every room except the garage. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, communal lounge and dining room, communal bathroom, the suite (pearl + bathroom) with a double bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
