Positive: went to the Lowes grocery store for provisions and mades our own home cooked...pleasant kitchen and well equipped! Host was very responsive and cordial.

Negative: Sheets didn't stay on the mattress, unbalanced ceiling fan.

Summary: Met all of our needs, pretty quiet, central location to lots of adventure options and eatery's.
