Positive: Be ready to take a step back in time with a splash of today. This manor offers tranquility, relaxation, and elegance. Coming up the lane to the manor the structure itself demands attention from afar with its beautiful late 1800's architecture. Once inside you will be warmly greeted by one of the owners whether it be Rich or Carol. Looking around from even just inside the door the Inn invites you to take a look around with all of the beautiful woodwork, and interior design with artwork and furniture. It speaks for itself that the Inn keepers have poured their heart and souls into this property. Our room was very spacious, and like the rest of the manor was very warm, welcoming, and most importantly it was clean.. The bed offered one of the most comfortable sleeps I have had in a long while. It was hard to even want to check out, but before leaving we were served the most amazing breakfast of French toast, bacon and coffee prepared by Rich himself. Without a question we will be booking another stay in the near future so that we can enjoy time around the pool and strolling around the property grounds to see everything we missed during our brief stay during dreary February weather. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in the middle of Bourbon country waste no time making a booking at this property, and once you do please spread the word. This cannot be kept Kentucky's best kept secret.
