Positive: - The location of the hotel is good for tourist spots. - Mattress and pillow were comfortable.
Negative: This is not a 4 star hotel at all. - I booked a Premium Queen Room, yet I got an _Accessible_ Premium Queen Room. It did not looked like a hotel room, but more like a hospital room. Bathroom was run down, dirty, sticky, there was no lid on the toilet (!!), nor any division between the toilet and the shower, so upon showering the entire bathroom was wet, including the toilet. - The bed is called a "smart bed" which is just a fancy word for a recline function (like a hospital bed). When put to flat, it had the slowest movement and the saddest sounds. - Furniture was filthy, especially the chair at the desk, I needed to throw a towel on it every time to be able to sit in it. Walls and the carpet had many stains. - Don't buy breakfast. There is not enough room for all the guests, and the staff cannot manage rush hour. You will likely need to wait a long time or not be able to have breakfast at all (I had to skip once as I was told there were no available tables - so I had to buy breakfast elsewhere in order not to miss my trip). Also, breakfast had no variety, it is a minimal English breakfast.
Summary: It is good if you only need a bed to return to, but for the money, any B&B may be a better option.
