Respect for our neighbors is a top priority. Please keep outdoor noise low after 9 PM and help maintain a peaceful environment.
❌ No Parties or Large Events
We welcome small, approved daytime visitors but do not allow large gatherings. The home is monitored by noise sensors (no audio recording) and security cameras on the exterior only. Unauthorized gatherings may result in early termination of your stay and a $500 fee.
👥 Visitor Policy
Daytime guests (not overnight) are welcome with prior approval and must leave by 9 PM. This helps reduce wear and tear and supports guest and neighbor safety.
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 deep cleaning charge. Outdoor smoking is permitted if waste is disposed of properly.

Always cover after use
Misuse requiring drain/refill or cover replacement will result in a $250–$400 charge.
🐾 Pet Policy
Up to 2 house-trained dogs allowed
Pet fee: $150 per stay
Pets must be crated if left alone and are not allowed on beds/furniture
Clean up after your pet indoors & outdoors
Unregistered pets will result in a $250 charge per pet.

We have a positive relationship with our neighbors, and we’d love to keep it that way!
Please keep voices and music at a respectful volume while outside, especially during evening hours, to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors. Several homes nearby have children, so we appreciate your care in keeping the area peaceful.
🚮 Trash Collection
Trash day is Wednesday morning.
On Tuesday evening, please place all trash in the black bin and recyclables in the blue-lidded bin (both are located on the right side of the house).
