The house is single-story, very comfortable and practical. Upon arrival, a furnished 20 m² porch welcomes you, perfect for having breakfast outdoors, reading calmly, or extending evenings around the barbecue, enjoying the rural atmosphere.
Inside, the space flows naturally. The dining room with an open kitchen creates a spacious and bright environment, ideal for sharing moments with family or friends. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, Italian coffee maker, and complete tableware.
